We will be introducing 9 essential oils for the everyday home, discussing their colorful history, and the interesting properties that make them so valuable for practical use in our daily routines, for cleaning, cooking, uplifting spirits, calming emotions and enhancing the ambiance of our living space. Because these oils are so pure, they have frequency and are alive. Most importantly they are used in healing and rebalancing; mind, body and spirit.

CRYSTAL BOWL HEALING MEDITATION

Every other Thursday night we provide sacred space in our home located in
Olde Englewood Village, for group healing. We will be co creating mandalas, a circular pattern formed by the position of each participant around the crystal bowls embodying a frequency hologram. Using our intentions for Peace, Love and Harmony infused with our Heart energy, we allow the crystalline vibrations to flow through us with their pure Liquid Light tones and their Sacred Geometric sound forms. As we receive this blessing inwardly and send it out to the world we Co-Create a frequency for the healing of our Planet. As more and more of us experience this Truth in our hearts and minds and as we remember the power of compassionate co-creation in our outer world we become open to experience a more simple, harmonious way of living together. We know that the realms of Heaven and Earth are truly One.
Afterwards we will have ample time to share the knowledge we each receive for the greater good of all. We look forward to these shared adventures in other dimensions and welcome our brothers and sisters in Light and Love. All are invited!

Janice plays the Crystal Bowls and will be performing for us during the Labyrinth walk. The Crystal Bowls are singing gifts from Mother Earth herself, made of quartz crystal. They are a modern version of healing tools that have been used since ancient times. A suede wrapped wand begins the crystals to vibrate, sending this sound vibration spiraling outward in an ever-widening circular path that travels to infinity. Not only are you able to hear the tones, you can actually feel the vibrations. They resonate with the crystalline structure of the body as well as its subtle template also known as the aura.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUE®
with Young Living Oils
Saturday August 30th at 5 PM
The Raindrop Technique, developed by D. Gary Young, N.D. and a Lakota medicine
man almost two decades ago, uses a sequence of nine highly immune enhancing
essential oils. They are dropped like rain from a height of about 6 inches
onto the spine and then lightly massaged in using various hand to body
techniques. This stimulates energy impulses and disperses the oils along
the nervous system throughout the entire body. We all carry immune system
depleting viruses and bacteria. Essential oils applied to the spinal column
are absorbed through the nerves that feed the entire body. Wonderfully
soothing, nurturing and relaxing, the Raindrop Technique can work its
benefits in the body for days, weeks or months. With essential oils
applied via the Raindrop Technique, the body can be brought into balance
and the energy centers can be cleared and re-aligned. The Raindrop Technique
also helps reduce spinal inflammation, creates an inhospitable environment
for the viruses that hibernate along the spinal column, and may help to
straighten any spinal curvatures. Although a session lasts about 45 minutes
to an hour, the oils will continue to work in the body for a minimum of a week
following the treatment.
Lightworks in Olde Englewood will be offering a
fun and informative evening to all those interested in learning and experiencing
Raindrop Technique® using Young Living Oils. This class is open to medical
professionals, massage therapists, and healing arts practitioners, who want to
learn this technique to use in their practice and/or for self care. Typically a
Raindrop treatment can cost 75$ or more. In previous classes, many participants
have brought partners with whom they can later exchange sessions, and our class
cost is only 15$ per person or 25$ per couple!

On Wednesday nights at 6 PM Linda will be guiding us through a transformational Yoga practice that will heighten your awareness and vitality while gaining strength and flexibility. You will increase your level of fitness, joint function and mobility as well as calm and center your mind.
Each class is 1 ½ hours long and are a flowing, rhythmic blend of asanas (postures) and fluid movements which enhance the body’s natural rhythm, connecting the energies between mind, body and breath consists of the following:
- Guided Meditation and Breathing Exercises for relaxing and calming the mind and nervous system.
- Gentle and Deep Stretching for Flexibility.
- Asanas (Postures) for strength and endurance.
- Guided Relaxation and Aromatherapy.
- Energy Balancing.
