Crystal Bowls
The Crystal Bowls are singing gifts from Mother
Earth herself, made of quartz crystal. They are a modern version of
healing tools that have been used since ancient times. A suede
wrapped wand begins the crystals to vibrate, sending this sound
vibration spiraling outward in an ever-widening circular path that
travels to infinity. Not only are you able to hear the tones,
you can actually feel the vibrations. They resonate with the
crystalline structure of the body as well as its subtle template
also known as the aura.
The bowls are tuned to our musical scale and each note
correlates with different energy centers in the body.
These centers in turn correspond to different body
systems, organs and endocrine glands all the way down to
the cellular level. Disease is caused by "disharmony"
in the body. By allowing the pure melodious vibrations
to flow through your body you begin to harmonize and
essentially become more "in tune". This has an overall
positive effect on your being.
On the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, Janice composes a Crystal Bowl Healing Meditation.

To best experience this, find a comfortable spot and a position in
which you are able to relax. Close your eyes and focus on your
breath and the sound of the crystal tones. Use the in-breath to
draw in the tones, surrounding any discomfort or disharmony
whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. On the
out-breath release it, just let it GO! Repeat as many times as
you want. You can also draw the sound in for healing an event, or
for extra strength and vitality. You can send it to a loved one,
or to those less fortunate than yourself.
Soon you may feel a sense of peace, oneness, and perhaps even
great Love. Whatever you feel will be uniquely right for you.
